To register by paper and land mail: Send completed form and check to Sally Judge, 1817 S 14^th ,McAlester OK, 74501.

Cancellation: Registration cancellations and requests for a refund should be submitted in an email to ten.egdujrnull@las  prior to July 11th, 2019. After this date, only 50% of total fee will be refunded.

Registration, mission displays, and vendors will open at 1:30 p.m. in Tulsa on Thursday. Optional tours times vary from 12:00 to 4:30. The Gathering workshops will begin at 3:00.  Dinner and presentation will begin at 5:30. Opening worship session will begin at 7:00. The Gathering concludes Saturday at 4:00. Registration fee includes workshops, tote bag, leadership training, plenary sessions, musical entertainment and 6 meals. Registration includes lodging options. Lodging information is provided under the heading Lodging. Registration is available for individual days.
